The Smart Everyday Vehicle
The Strutt ev¹ combines Strutt’s evSense sensor technology with a powerful Quad-Drive System to make everyday journeys safer, more comfortable and more enjoyable, whether you’re navigating a crowded shop or an uneven path.
evSense
An array of sensors gives 360° vision so the ev¹ can see and respond to its surroundings. Co-Pilot mode gently brakes to help avoid collisions, and Co-Pilot+ can also adjust steering through narrow corridors.
Quad-Drive System
Active Steering, real-time torque distribution and four-wheel independent suspension help it stay steady on slopes, kerbs, grass and gravel.
Waypoints & Pathfinder
Save places at home and say “take me to the fridge”, or tap the on-screen map and let Pathfinder guide you through tight spaces. It also has an app, voice assistant and over-the-air updates.

I’m a co-designer and beta tester for the Strutt ev¹, and now I’m Strutt’s ambassador here in the Bailiwick of Jersey. Strutt Ambassadors are hand-picked users and beta testers, and our job is to show you how the ev¹ copes with real, everyday life.
You may have spotted me in Strutt’s August 2026 Drivers Club highlights (#MyStruttRide). If you’re curious about the ev¹, I’d love to give you a test drive and answer your questions over a relaxed, no-pressure chat.

Does the test drive cost anything?
No. Test drives with me are free and there’s no obligation to buy.
Can it handle Jersey’s paths, kerbs and lanes?
Strutt says the ev¹ handles pavements, cobbled streets, gravel, bark, grass and trails, can mount kerbs up to 5 cm (2 in) and climb slopes up to 13°. Strutt doesn’t recommend deep sand or mud, so beach days are for the promenade! Please always follow local rules.
What if it rains?
The ev¹ is rated IPX5 for water resistance, and its battery is rated IPX6.
Who can use the ev¹?
Strutt says it’s for users weighing between 25 kg and 160 kg. Children may only use it with an adult supervising them the whole time.
Are there subscription fees?
No. According to Strutt, core features are included in the purchase price, apart from some cloud services such as cellular. You need the Strutt app (iOS or Android) for the initial set-up.
How much does it cost?
